Kelowna based, Magnetix Dating Agency was founded by Julie Clitheroe. After relocating to the Okanagan for a new career opportunity Julie quickly met a lot of new people. Like a lot of people in many communities across Canada single men and women in the Okanagan told Julie they were finding it hard to meet that special someone to share their life with. Frustrated with the lack of results from online dating sites and not being into the “bar scene”, single men and women said they had simply given up finding love and happiness. After an unexpected change in Julie’s career came about, the idea and opportunity to start a dating agency was born.

After spending more than two decades in the corporate world building and developing businesses for my employers, I decided I could create the same kind of success I’d created for others for myself. Throughout my personal and professional life I’d always been a natural matchmaker. A connector of people, businesses, ideas and opportunities and now, I get to do all of these things that come naturally to me and that I love, each and every day!

It was a natural fit for me to start my own matchmaking and dating agency where together with our dedicated Relationship Consultant team, we can help people find true and lasting love. We help single executives across the Okanagan, Vancouver, Calgary, Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg, find their perfect mate/partner in a confidential, painless and private manner.

We also have the pleasure of being able to help people who are themselves looking for a new opportunity to start their own business. We’ve packaged our success with Magnetix Dating Agency into a “business in a box” licensing opportunity. Licenses are currently available in cities across Western Canada.
